In support of the mission of Trocaire College, the Communications Department of the Office of Institutional Advancement provides staff and faculty with marketing support, press and media relations strategy, social media promotion, and other forms of internal and external communication.
The Communications Office staff is available to assist all campus offices and departments in executing communications through press and news releases; requesting media coverage for newsworthy events; photographing on-campus events and happenings; and, managing and editing the college website and social media accounts.The forms below are intended to allow requests to be sent to the Communications office in an easy and efficient way – allowing projects to be communicated and completed in a timely manner.
Internal Communications Support Request Forms
Use the appropriate form below to facilitate your request. Plan ahead and provide as much lead time as possible. Please note that requests are completed in the order that they are received. You will receive an automated e-mail confirming your request and a confirmation e-mail when the task has been completed.
Use the Web Request Form to report a grammar or spelling error, develop a new web page or dynamic content, update or overhaul an existing web page, or suggest a front facing homepage news item. All requests will be vetted by The Communications Office and President’s Council. To report a problem with the website or its functionality, please email email@example.com
Complete this form to request Trocaire business cards. You may order business cards at any time, but please make your request early enough to allow time for processing and delivery. The cost of business cards will be charged to your office/department budget.

Use this form to submit news, events and other updates you wish to share with Trocaire employees in the Blaze, the weekly internal email newsletter. You can also place requests for potential PR and/or social media coverage.
Use this form to submit news, events and other updates you wish to share with Trocaire students via the weekly student newsletter, This Week at Trocaire. This form can also be used to submit news for dissemination to students via the Student Life Facebook Group, text alert, Stall Street Journal, or digital billboard.
