Career Counseling is available in the Career Services Office to students and alumni to assist with re-assessing career direction or confirming career choices. We encourage you to take full advantage of the services we provide to support your experience and your career development process. A variety of career and personality assessments are offered to assist students and alumni with determining their educational and occupational choices; preferences for particular job duties, aptitudes, and achievement in various areas, and preferences for particular qualities of the work environment. Trocaire College offers a unique opportunity with its Career Competency Certificate program, which helps in preparing students in every professional capacity. This Career Competency Certificate will guide students through career assessments, techniques in interviewing (along with providing mock interviews), developing effective LinkedIn profiles, constructing portfolios (resumes, cover letters, recommendation letters, etc.), and more!
