Student Communication Submission Form

Use this form to submit news, events and other updates you wish to share with the Trocaire student community via the weekly newsletter, This Week at Trocaire, or via the Student Life Facebook Group, text alert, Stall Street Journal, or digital billboard. Details about each channel are listed below.

Deadline for the newsletter, which comes out Mondays: Thursdays at 3 p.m.

  • Please include a full description of your submission. Include Date, Time, Location, and any other information to be associated with the post. This will be formatted in as alternative text for the post for accessibility purposes.

  • Please insert location, if applicable. If virtual or a link, please use tinyurl.com or link to webpage.
    When sharing posts, please make sure they abide by the required file type and size. Files must include "Post Topic_FileType" - for example: "FluShotClinic_Instagram". Posts that do not abide by the file type will not be shared, and the form submitter will receive a follow up email. Ensure the following information is available on the communication out: what is happening, dates, times, location, any additional information, links, etc. Please refer to the Student Communication Guide if you have questions.
