Graduates can request a replacement diploma by completing and mailing the Diploma Replacement Form
Recent graduates who have not yet received their complimentary diploma should not fill out this form but, rather, contact [email protected] to determine the status of their order.
The $20 diploma replacement fee covers the printing, shipping and processing of the replacement diploma.
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for processing and delivery.
