Below you will find a listing of current club sales. If there are none listed, then there are no sales currently running. All sales run through a service called IgniteCX.
Please read through the FAQ and other information before purchasing as these contain important information that you should know before you purchase anything.
When will my items ship?
Items typically ship within 2 weeks after the campaign end date. While IgniteCX does their best to only feature items with reliable inventory, the delivery timeline may extend if your item encounter backorder issues. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs, in which case you’ll have the option to switch your item with another similar one, or wait for replenished inventory. Also, please note that IgniteCX’s liability of the product is complete upon delivery, as confirmed by the shipping company.
When will my credit card be charged?
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE SALE IS OVER.
If you are purchasing items, your credit card will be processed within 2 business days AFTER THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN, RATHER THAN AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If, for some reason, your campaign does not reach its batch order minimum requirements, your item order may be cancelled. If you purchased items and made an additional donation, your total contributions will appear on your credit card statement as two separate transactions.
What does “batch order minimum requirement” mean?
Because these items are made to order, each campaign must sell a minimum of 12 of each item or the entire sale will be cancelled and you will not be charged for any items. This is also why you are not charged until the sale is final and the minimum order of 12 has been met. It saves time and resources to not have to issue refunds.
How will this charge read on my credit card?
Look for the descriptor text on your credit card statement for purchases and donations made through this website to appear similar to this: BT [CAMPAIGN NAME#####].
Some credit card issuers may display a status of “recurring” on your statement. This does NOT mean you will be charged multiple times for your donation or purchase. It is simply an indicator for the credit card issuer of how our payment gateway, Braintree, handles payments.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please do your very best to be sure all of your order information is correct BEFORE placing the order. Because all items in this store are made to order, it can be very difficult to make changes. However, if you absolutely need to make a change, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I forgot about the sale and it ended yesterday. Can I still get my order in?
Unfortunately, after a campaign closes, there is no way to add additional orders.
Can I return or exchange my item?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product is defective. All items are produced and made to order at the end of each campaign. Please double check sizing before placing your order.
How will my order be shipped?
You can choose to have your items shipped to your home, and you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee, or you can choose to have it sent to the school in a bulk shipment. If you choose the bulk shipment option, it should be done with the understanding that you will have to come to campus to pick up your items once they arrive, whenever they arrive.
What is your policy regarding bulk shipments?
Once you have received your bulk shipment it is the club’s responsibility to confirm that all individual orders have been accurately fulfilled. Any issues with a shipment must be reported by contacting us within 2 business days of the shipment proof of delivery date. This is mostly for the sale organizer, but it’s good information to know as there are no returns or exchanges and if a product is faulty it needs to be reported within 2 days.
Other things to keep in mind:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are printed to order so there are no extras to exchange with.
- Use an email address that you will check often.
- If the group or club you are involved with has a social media presence, consider following them to be kept up-to-date with order and pick up details.
- Remember, your credit card will not be charged until the campaign has finished.
- If, for any reason, your credit card can not be successfully charged, you will receive an email with an option to use a different card within a day or two if the campaign ending. Failure to reconcile will cancel your order completely.
