ABOUT US
The Office of Student Accounts is committed to providing customer service to students and their families. The primary function of the office is the coordination and maintenance of each student account from enrollment through graduation.
Functional Services Include:
- Tuition and fee advisement
- Billing detail and payment management
- Financial account hold administration
Acceptable Forms of Payment
- Money Order (Made payable to Trocaire College. Student ID # must be included).
- Check (Made payable to Trocaire College. Student ID # must be included).
- Credit Card
- NelNet payment plans:
- Students: Log in to the E-Student Portal Click on Nelnet Payment Plans & Refunds under Outside Links
- Authorized Payers: Access Nelnet account through login.nelnet.net
- $25 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester ($35 nonrefundable enrollment fee coming 2025)
- Effective June 4, 2024 – Nelnet Campus Commerce will reduce the payment plan fee assessed for a Returned Payment to $20.00.
