For assistance changing your Moodle password please complete the steps below:
| 1. Visit the Trocaire Moodle website at https://trocaire.mrooms.net and click the (Log in) link in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. |  |
| 2. Use the “Forgotten your username or password?” link option underneath the login button. |  |
| 3. Use either your Trocaire username or Trocaire email address and click the “Search” button to send a reset password link to your Trocaire email account. You only need to use one of the two options, do not use both. | |

| 4. If you have an active Moodle account, an email will be sent to your Trocaire email address, with instructions how to reset your password. Emails can take up to 15 minutes to send. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes please contact the Helpdesk at [email protected] for assistance. | |
