Student Refunds

Student refunds are issued after the add-drop period each semester

 

Direct Deposit:  Refunds may be issued to a bank account on file in the e-Student portal.  Students may enroll through the portal in the Nelnet Payment Plans and Refunds tab under Outside Links.

Reloadable Debit Cards: Refunds may be issued to a reloadable debit card.  Students may use a card already in possession or purchase a new reloadable debit card.  The following information must be entered through the e-Student portal in the Nelnet Payment Plans and Refunds tab under Outside Links.

1. Account holder name
2. Card provider – VISA, Mastercard, etc.
3. Account number – Provided at time of purchase or by calling telephone number on card.  This number is not the number on the front of the card.
4. Routing number – Provided at time of purchase or by calling telephone number on card.  This number is not the number on the front of the card
